My personal path to becoming a clinical psychologist may not have been the traditional one, but I am thankful for the experiences that have brought me to where I am now. I graduated with an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in Packaging in 2007, and was employed as a packaging engineer.
Even then, I knew something didn’t feel right. I felt that I never fit with my career, and something was missing. I finally decided it was time to make a big change. In 2017 I finally took the leap to quit my corporate job with one of the big 3 auto-makers, and pursue a career path that I am truly passionate about. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I’ve never looked back. In my pursuit of finding a career that was fulfilling, and to further my passion for mind-body medicine, I also became a certified yoga instructor in 2017.

I graduated from University of Michigan – Dearborn with a Masters of Science in Clinical Health Psychology. I have training in the biopsychosocial model, and I believe deeply in the mind-body connection. I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. For psychotherapy, I treat individuals or couples, ages 18+. My concentrations include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sexual dysfunction, self esteem, and life transitions.
