As a psychotherapist, I work to create a safe space for you to talk freely and express your emotions. I offer a nonjudgmental environment to encourage you to open up so we can explore together what you are struggling with. My goal is to learn about your world, what you’ve been through, and how things have directly impacted your life, in order to gain a better understanding of you. I meet you where you are, so we can explore and work together.

Every client is unique, and I use evidence-based therapies with an eclectic approach to best serve you. I pull from a wide range of therapies and techniques to find what is the best fit for you, what resonates with you, and what integrates into your life.

I am also a certified yoga instructor, and pull various techniques from my training to serve my clients, some of which are deep breathing techniques and meditation. I believe deeply in the mind-body connection, and utilize this training in yoga to help you learn how anxiety, depression, and other mental states can have an impact and emerge in the physical body, and vice versa.
